The road from baby to old lady is long and arduous and involves all sorts of stuff like school first. Maybe it can be your retro teenage thing when you go to college.
Gloves are so classy though. At some point in my life, I want to try wearing white cloth gloves regularly, possibly with some sort of sigil on the outside. Mittens, though, are amazing for babies. Wearing mittens is part of the whole baby experience.
