omg <33 you go onto the users page and there will be an 'invite to family' button (although you can only invite someone if they aren't currently in a family) glad i could help!~

don't you need a certain number of points before starting a family?
maybe, i don't really remember. if you do it won't be a high requirement, wouldn't take you longer than a few days
