i mean, I guess it depends, I've been a moderator in other sites before so I knew what the "job" is about, while some people just think that its all about having those super cool powers and feeling superior to random users when it's really not. Can't say its been hard so far, i was modded when the lobby started being less and less moderated and only have had one or two "hard" calls since then...
The site hosts a great game that I love a lot. It also has a lot of great users. I dont think there is a whole lot to change about the site itself, unless lucid actually leaves for a long time
