personally i think abe would be one of the worst choices to be admin. he's a good mod but anytime he was wrong about something he would start yelling at his mods that he's right and they aren't and everyone would just leave. i think he'd agree with me on this one

I think negative votes should be taken into consideration. For example if we know someone would not be good for the job but do not want to provide a suitable candidate.
